The PCC agreed at the meeting of 17th May 2016, that the minutes of the PCC Meetings would be published on the website. The minutes of each meeting will only be published once they have been agreed at the subsequent meeting - for example the minutes of the 17th May 2016 were agreed as an accurate record at the meeting on 20th July 2016, and so now can be published. The minutes cannot be made public until they have been agreed, at the subsequent PCC meeting as being an accurate record.
In addition the PCC also will assess if any part of the minutes need to be redacted. If the PCC agree that a certain section of the minutes should not be made public, then that part of the minutes will be 'blocked out' of the published version. The reasons for redaction of the minutes may be that a confidential item was discussed, or the item was about someone and therefore is sensitive. No public explanation will be given as to why the PCC have deemed the redaction necessary.
